The Titanium Shock Absorber of BoneCare Dynamics is the first ever biomechanical abutment worldwide. TSA is designed to simulate the function and dynamics of the periodontal ligament. It will use its unique resilience to compensate for tension caused by rigid implants and their superstructures. This tension can create different practical problems, such as, for instance, the breakage of prosthetic screws or the breakage of ceramic or acrylic teeth.
The TSA abutment is available for fixed bridges. The TSA abutment is universally applicable to every implant system.
