We have decided to implement changes in our opening hours and shipment options, due to the severity of the Covid-19 outbreak and the increased measures taken by the Belgian (and other European) authorities.
Starting on Monday the 23rd of March we will be available during the following time slots:
A lot of our shipping couriers have implemented adopted routes and procedures. This leads to fewer flexibility in our shipping services.
A small overview of some changes:
- AGX, night time delivery in Belgium: shipment will change to day-time delivery only
- Aalberts, night time pick-up & delivery in the Netherlands: shipments will only be processed during the night of Thursday to Friday
Due to these changes, we might not be able to get your order shipped within the regular time frame. Please consult our logistics department for your shippig options and estimated delivery times.
We currently don't face any delays in our production facilities, however, this might change over time. We will inform you as soon as possible when changes occur. This webpage will be updated when necessary.
